Where the Issues Are
Southeast Asia is thriving with potential, but there exists many misfortunes for children who find themselves in situations they had no say in. Currently we focus on work in Vietnam, with an intent to expand in the region. We currently serve roughly 100 children.
What the Issues Are
Within the world exists a population of children that come from adverse and underprivileged backgrounds. Statistically speaking, their chances of breaking out of their economic status is slim due to the variety barriers that make advancement difficult. In addition to that, the charitable entities & systems that are in place to support them are over burdened, further diminishing the level of care provided.
Children often face health complexities that stem from various variables such as poor nutrition.

Left vulnerable to cyclical industries, families often lack the resilience to withstand downturn.

Lack of opportunity education often leave many unable to afford the most basic of needs.

Left in a weak position, they are often exploited by others with the extremes being human trafficking.

Everyone within the community. The most effected are the children who bear the brunt of the consequences. They are often unable to pursue higher education or occupation due to the circumstances they find themselves in; at no fault of their own.
